Designed for attendance leads and practitioners across Devon, these free half-termly online sessions provide an opportunity to come together, share effective practice, receive key updates and develop knowledge and skills to support attendance improvement.
The network reflects Devon’s attendance strategy, which focuses on preventing patterns of absence from developing, intervening early when concerns arise, and targeting support for children and young people who are persistently or severely absent. Through collaboration, discussion and learning, schools can strengthen their approaches and share solutions to common attendance challenges.
The Devon Attendance Network offers a valuable space to connect with colleagues from across the county and stay up to date with the latest developments in attendance.
