Supporting School Attendance: Understanding EBSA and what to do about it
Devon schools are invited to a full-day training on 27 November 2024 at the Coaver Club, Exeter, focused on tackling Emotionally Based School Avoidance (EBSA).
Designed for SENCos, pastoral leads, and attendance teams, the session introduces the ATTEND Framework and School Wellbeing Cards –practical tools to help identify barriers and support pupils back into education.
The training runs from 09:30 to 16:00, with refreshments provided. Free places are available for mainstream Devon schools who haven’t attended before. Cost: £65 per delegate.
