To extend the contract to the below organization for the provision of the above contract. The extension will commence on 9^th October 2017, for the period of 12 Months.

Nagels UK Ltd, Milestone Business Park, Oslo Road, Hull HU7 0YN.

The decision has been taken on the basis that this is the most appropriate option at this stage following an options appraisal.

An options appraisal was completed and the following options considered:

Extend the current contract for 12 months
Award a new contract under a framework
Retender

Do nothing and let the contract expire
