Decision to award the three contracts for CP1141-15 – Provision of Children’s Centre Services in South Hams (Contract C), West Devon (Contract D) and Teignbridge (Contract E), following an OJEU EU tender open procedure process.
Decision Taken:
To award contracts C, D and E (Subject to due diligence) to the below organisation for the provision of the above contracts. The contract will commence on 1st April 2016, for the period of 36 months with an option to extend for a further 24 months (12 months + 12 months).

Summary of Reason(s) for Decision Taken:
The decision has been taken on the basis of supplier achieving the highest overall score with a best value tender (optimum combination of whole-life costs and quality) in line with the European Procurement Directives award procedure of Most Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT).
Summary of Alternatives or Options considered and rejected:
A competitive process was undertaken from which seven bids were received. These were considered as part of the formal evaluation process.
