As recommended, to declare the site surplus and dispose.

Summary of Reason(s) for Decision Taken:

This site is no longer required by DCC’s Highway Service and is the residual element of land acquired some time ago for a now complete road widening scheme.

This disposal will forego an ongoing maintenance liability to DCC.

Summary of Alternatives or Options considered and rejected:

To retain the land and maintain at DCC expense.

None.
