|Summary of Matter or Issue Requiring Decision:|
Decision to promote suppliers to become ‘Admitted Participants’ onto CP1185-15 Provision of Passenger Transport Dynamic Purchasing System following an OJEU open Pre-Qualification Questionnaire process.
The Provision of Passenger Transport Dynamic Purchasing System is split into the following Lots and suppliers were able to apply for become Admitted Participants on one or more Lots.
Lot 1 – PCV Contracted Transport
Lot 2 – Hackney / Private Hire Transport
Lot 3 – Driver and Escort Provision for Devon County Council fleet
Lot 4 – Ambulance Transport to include qualified crew
Lot 5 – Public Transport
Lot 6 – Other Care Provision
To promote the suppliers listed in Appendix A to the Provision of Passenger Transport Dynamic Purchasing System. This will commence on 2nd April 2016 for the period of six years with no further option to extend.
Appendix A – Tenderers to become ‘Admitted Participants’ onto the DPS

All suppliers submitting a fully completed Pre-Qualification Questionnaire and meeting the stipulated selection criteria and quality standards for the Lot which they have applied will become an Admitted Participant onto the Provision of Passenger Transport Dynamic Purchasing System

A competitive process was undertaken from which 40 submissions were received; these were considered as part of the formal evaluation process.
