This is a decision regarding service of a School Attendance Order.

Decision Taken:

That Devon County Council serves the School Attendance Order.

Summary of Reason(s) for Decision Taken:

The parent(s) having failed to satisfy the Council that their child is receiving an efficient full time education and having failed to register their child at a school in accordance with the notices served upon them in accordance with Section 437 of the Education Act 1996, the School Attendance Order is to be served requiring the parent(s) to cause their child to be registered at the school specified on the Order.
