To direct award a contract to the below organisation for the provision of the above contract. The contract will commence on 15^th February 2019 until 1^st July 2019.

Summary of Reason(s) for Decision Taken:

The decision has been taken on the basis of the supplier achieving a best value tender (optimum combination of whole-life costs and quality) in line with the European Procurement Directives award procedure of Most Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT).

Summary of Alternatives or Options considered and rejected:

A direct award from LOT 1 was made as per the Framework Agreement for CPF1441-17 Economic Research & Bid Support Framework.
