Not to award a contract to Lifeworks Charity for the provision of the above contract. This is the incumbent provider.

The reasons for this are that responses received for Safeguarding questions EA8 and EA13 are deemed to be inadequate and therefore do not meet the minimum quality threshold of 60%.
