Decision to award the contract for CP1479-17 Social Care and Health Advocacy for Adults and Children in Devon and Torbay, following a Light Touch Regime – Single Stage Process.

Decision Taken:

To award a contract to the below organisation for the provision of the above contract. The contract will commence on 1st April 2018 for the period of 36 Months with the option to extend by a further 24 months in 12 month periods

Summary of Reason(s) for Decision Taken:

Lot 2: Children and Young People’s Advocacy

The decision has been taken on the basis of supplier achieving the highest overall score within a best value tender in line with the European Procurement Directives award procedure of Most Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT).

A competitive process was undertaken from which 2 bids were received these were considered as part of the formal evaluation process.
