Decision to award the contract for a Strategic Asset Allocation Review & Report (CPQ1368-16) following a mini-competition under Lot 3 of the Environment Agency ‘Supply of Actuarial, Benefits and Investment Advisory Services’ LGPS framework agreement

Decision Taken:

To award a contract to the below organisation for the provision of the above contract. The contract will commence on 13th December 2016 and end no later than 31st March 2017.

Summary of Reason(s) for Decision Taken:

The decision has been taken on the basis of supplier(s) achieving the highest overall score within a best value tender (optimum combination of whole-life costs and quality) in line with the European Procurement Directives award procedure of Most Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT).

Summary of Alternatives or Options considered and rejected:

A competitive process was undertaken from which two bids were received; these were considered as part of the formal evaluation process.
