Decision to award the contract for Investment Management Services (reference CPQ1184-15) following a direct call-off from Lot 3 of the Environment Agency LGPS Framework for the Supply of Actuarial, Benefits and Investment Advisory Services.
To award a contract to the below organisation for the provision of the above contract. The contract will commence on 6th July 2015 and expire on 19th September 2015

The decision has been taken on the basis of supplier achieving the highest overall score within a best value tender (optimum combination of whole-life costs and quality) in line with the European Procurement Directives award procedure of Most Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT).
A decision was made to use the Environment Agency LGPS Framework for the Supply of Actuarial, Benefits and Investment Advisory Services. The options considered were either a direct call-off with the highest ranked suppliers from Lot 3 or to carry out a mini-competition inviting all suppliers under Lot 3 to bid for the contract.
The decision was made that a direct call-off was more appropriate due to the short time-scales involved.
