DCC transferred the former Clyst Honiton school playing field to Clyst Honiton Parish Council in 2013. The disposal was made under a general consents for the disposal of school playing fields and included a restrictive covenant.
The Parish Council now wishes to construct a small pavilion for use as a changing facility. The terms of the covenant do not permit this and they have requested that the covenant is varied by way of a deed of variation.
