1 Looked after children and children who were previously looked after but immediately after being looked after became subject to adoption, a child arrangements order, or special guardianship order.
2 Priority will next be given to children based on their exceptional medical or social needs or those of their parents. [see note 1]
3 Priority will next be given to children who are on roll at Ladysmith Infant and Nursery School. [see note 2]
4 Priority will next be given to children living within the catchment area set out in the map below, [see note 3] who are siblings of children on roll at this school or at the Infants school.
5 Priority will next be given to other children living within the catchment area.
6 Priority will next be given to children living outside the catchment area, who are siblings of pupils on roll at this school or at the Infants school.
7 Priority will next be given to children of members of staff who have been employed at this school for more than two years or recruited within the past two years to fill a vacancy for which there was a skills shortage.

Note 1 Each application must be accompanied by a completed Supplementary Information Form for Exceptional Need which will include evidence, from a medical specialist or social worker of the child’s/parent’s need and why they must attend this school rather than any other, based on those needs. If evidence is not submitted to the [school or the Local Authority] with the application, a child’s or parent’s medical or social needs cannot be considered.
