Teachers Pay 2024/25 award agreed
We are pleased to announce that the Teachers Pay 2024/25 has been agreed.
The Teachers Pay award and implementation details are outlined below.
- 5.5% uplift to all pay points and allowances for teachers and leaders
- Increases will be implemented (pro-rata for part-time staff) and backdated to 1 September 2024 in the November 2024 pay run, therefore staff will receive this in their November 2024 pay.

Back pay for eligible employees who left employment before the pay award was announced should refer to the Inside Devon pay awards page for details on how and when they can request this award.
