Ilfracombe Junior School

DCC’s Cabinet has approved a proposal to establish a Resource Base at Ilfracombe Church of England Junior School for children and young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs from January 2022. Capacity will be for a minimum of 6 learners with capacity to extend to a maximum of 8 learners.

Chulmleigh Academy Trust: Chulmleigh Primary, Lapford Primary, East Worlington Primary Schools

The Headteachers’ Board of the Regional Schools Commissioner met on 26 July 2021 and agreed to lowering the age range of Chulmleigh Primary, Lapford Primary and East Worlington Primary Schools from 4-11 to 2-11 years of age from September 2021.

Axminster Primary School

Following a significant change proposal, the Regional Schools Commissioner has given approval for a change in the age range to Axminster Community Primary School from 5-11 to 2-11. This has already taken effect.
