Laser Energy contract (gas and electricity)
This is a reminder to schools who have either not responded to, or have advised LASER that alternative arrangements are in place, in relation to the DCC Energy contract extension from 1 October 2020 to 30 September 2024.
Please note that if you take no action, and secure no alternative arrangements, then you will move onto out of contract gas and electricity rates which will be billed directly by suppliers from 1 October 2020, which neither DCC or LASER will be responsible for. Out of contract rates are typically double contracted energy rates therefore the cost of your energy bill could increase significantly if you have not made arrangements and move onto out of contract rates.
