Transitions support sessions – Support available for parents, carers and young carers before, during and after transitions

The next session in our preparing for adulthood series takes place on Tuesday 20 May – we’d appreciate if you could share with your parents, particularly parents of SEND children.

In this session, we’ll be covering the support available for parents, carers and young carers before, during and after transitions. We’ll be learning about the support systems in place for parents, carers, and young carers throughout the transition process, ensuring they have the necessary resources and assistance. This session is open to all, but is specifically aimed at parent carers and carers.
