Trade Unions to ballot over the NJC pay offer 2025/6
Following the National Employer’s response to the Trade Unions NJC pay claim 2025/6, the trade unions have announced their intentions to ballot members over the pay offer:
- UNISON are recommending members reject the offer and will conduct a consultative ballot from *16 May to 20 June 2025.
- GMB are recommending members reject the offer and will conduct a consultative ballot from 12 May to 20 June 2025.
- Unite are recommending members reject the offer but have not yet confirmed their ballot timeframes.

We anticipate providing an update once all ballots have concluded and we will update this article once Unite have confirmed their timeframes.
