Free support for requirement to have Climate Action Plan
Devon County Council are surveying all schools and education settings in Devon to find out about awareness around the need to write a Climate Action Plan (CAP) for your school this year. This is following the Department for Education’s Sustainability and Climate Change Strategy, requiring all schools to have a plan in place, and a nominated Sustainability lead, by the end of 2025 (Sustainability and climate change strategy – GOV.UK).
The following survey will take less than a minute to complete but will provide us with an important insight into where Devon schools are at and what support is needed to help schools produce Climate Action Plans. If you choose to share your details, we can also follow up with information on support available to develop your plan.
