Transitioning into adulthood sessions

We’re excited to be running these information sessions that we think will be really valuable for your pupils as they prepare for life after school.

Our first one took place earlier in February, and there are four more lined up over the coming months, covering key topics like career opportunities, independent living, managing money, and maintaining good mental health.

They’re aimed at young people (age 13+) and those who care for them, and will offer invaluable insights and practical advice.

Training and Employment Opportunities
Tuesday 18 March 2025; 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm

Independent Living and Housing Options
Tuesday 15 April 2025; 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm

Money Management
Wednesday 7 July 2025; 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm

Good Mental Health and Resilience
Tuesday 16 September 2025; 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm

We’d encourage young people and those who support them to join the live sessions, if possible, as it’s a great chance for them to ask questions and benefit from getting involved.

We’ll also be recording these sessions and making them available online, so you can use them as part of your Personal, Social, Health and Economic (PSHE) curriculum whenever suitable.

We’d really appreciate your help in letting your pupils and their families know about these sessions and encouraging them to take part. Your support will ensure that young people get the information they need to make informed choices and feel prepared for their future.

Thanks so much for your time, and we look forward to seeing your students at the sessions!
