EXPIRED Changes to pay and grading structure for NJC employees
For all Local Authority Schools who employ staff on NJC terms and conditions of employment, please be aware that Devon County Council will be introducing a new pay and grading structure from 1 April 2023. This will see changes to grades A, B, C and D as a result of the deletion of spinal column point 1 from all NJC pay scales. The new pay and grading structure will be applied automatically through iTrent on 1 April 2023. Further guidance in relation to SIMS will be distributed to schools shortly.
