Statements of Particulars (Employment Contracts) – Information
Legislative changes introduced this year require that certain information must be included in a written Statement of Particulars (contract of employment) which must be provided by the time a worker commences employment.
HR ONE has updated its template Statement of Particulars documents which are available to schools in the HR ONE policy library.
This communication includes important information regarding Statements of Particulars for different categories of workers.
