Updated model policies- Teacher’s Pay Policy and Teacher’s Appraisal Policy

Following the statutory waiting period for the STPCD we have now removed the ‘draft’ watermark from the 2025 model pay policy document which was previously published in July as draft in the HR ONE Policy Library (under pay and grading). NJC Pay Award 25/26 Agreed

The NJC 2025/26 pay award was agreed in July. Details: Increase of 3.2% on NJC pay points 2-44 inclusive. Increases will be implemented (pro rata for part-time staff) and backdated to April 2025, staff should have received this in their August 2025 pay.
