New Acceptable Behaviour Policy

We are pleased to announce the launch of our new Acceptable Behaviour Policy which outlines our expectations and the law regarding what is and what is not acceptable behaviour. Our aim is to continue to create a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment.

Having a culture that is diverse, equitable and inclusive is core to delivering efficient and effective services that improve lives for all, and creates an organisation where people want to work.

Key features:

• We’ve made it easier for staff to identify the ways to report unacceptable behaviour and where they can go for support.
• Restorative practice is explained and embedded into the fabric of the policy, giving staff and managers the opportunity to address concerns at the earliest opportunity and to resolve these in a restorative way.
