TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC ORDER 2024
NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council has made the above titled order.
The order came into force on Thursday 9 May 2024 and would have expired on Saturday 9 November 2024
By direction of the Secretary of State in exercise of her powers under Section 15(5) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the order shall continue in force until 9 May 2025 or until works have been completed, whichever is sooner.
Public rights of way affected:
Footpath No. 4, Northam from the middle of Pitt Hill to north of Wooda Road.

The alternative route is via the adjacent field, east of Footpath 4. The closure is necessary to complete construction related activities.
