TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC ORDER 2023
NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council has made the above titled order.
The order came into force on Monday 1st May 2023 and would have expired on Wednesday 1st May 2024
By direction of the Secretary of State in exercise of his powers under Section 15(5) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the order shall continue in force until 1 November 2024 or until works have been completed, whichever is sooner.
No persons shall proceed on the section of the affected path except for access to land or premises on or adjacent to that length of path.

ABBOTSHAM, FOOTPATHÂ No. 1 FROM THE ACCESS AT CLOVELLY ROAD TO THE JUNCTION WITH THE A39

The closure is necessary TO ENABLE DEVELOPMENT WORK TO BE UNDERTAKEN
