Face-to-face Classes

Free ESOL Classes at St Sidwell’s Community Centre, Sidwell Street, Exeter, EX4 6NN

Classes are free of charge and open to all including refugees, asylum seekers, migrant workers, and students

Monday

  • 10am – 12pm – Intermediate ESOL (at the Sidwell Street Bakehouse)

Tuesday

  • 10am – 12pm – Beginner ESOL
  • 10am – 12pm – Elementary ESOL
  • 10am – 12pm – Intermediate ESOL
  • 2pm – 4pm – Work and Wellbeing Drop-in 

Wednesday

  • 10am – 12pm – ESOL Foundations
  • 10am – 12pm – Beginner ESOL
  • 10am – 12pm – Elementary ESOL
  • 10am – 12pm – Intermediate ESOL

Thursday

  • 10am – 12pm – ESOL Foundations
  • 10am – 12pm – Beginner ESOL
  • 10am – 12pm – Elementary ESOL

Friday

  • 10am – 12pm – ESOL foundations
  • 10am – 12pm – Beginner ESOL
  • 10am – 12pm – Elementary ESOL
  • 10am – 12pm – Intermediate ESOL
  • 10am – 12pm – Advanced ESOL

Saturday

  • 9.30am – 11am – Conversation class (at the Sidwell Street Bakehouse)

Online Classes

Free online ESOL classes on Zoom:

  • Thursday 9:30am – 11:00am: Conversation Class (Intermediate)
  • Thursday 5:00pm – 6:00pm: Learning through Reading (various levels, elementary upwards)

It may also be possible to arrange one-to-one IELTS support and Medical English for the OET (Occupational English Test).
