When: Lunch Club on Fridays 10.00am to 1.30pm

Eat That Frog provide a wide variety of free training programmes to people over 19 years old including IT skills, self-employment programmes, horticulture and cookery.

They also offer Career Academies to help you work in construction, security, care and hospitality.

They work with employers and partner organisations to develop employment opportunities and help people gain paid employment.

The Lunch Club can provide useful contacts and employability support (CV writing, interview preparation, job searching and applications)
