Triage Services
Triage Services provide OISC immigration advice at Level 1, asylum casework support, social casework support, signposting to important services, and advocacy. You can access these services via drop-in, phone, or email:
Drop-in: 7 Whimple Street, Plymouth (Mondays and Thursdays 10:00 to 13:00; Fridays 10:00 to 15:00). Covers Plymouth.

A drop-in service providing health advocacy, education, and signposting for all aspects of Health. Available in Plymouth every Tuesday from 10:00 to 14:00. Also available outside of Plymouth through DCRS outreach work – contact DCRS to arrange a date.

Devon and Cornwall wide services and projects
The following services and projects are available across Devon and Cornwall.
Destitution Support: Providing food vouchers for destitute asylum seekers and refugees, working closely with the British Red Cross
Service User Relief: Covering clothing, transport costs in certain circumstances, and providing items to facilitate education or training.
Fresh Claims Project: Working for Appeal Rights Exhausted (A.R.E) clients to find a viable chance to claim asylum.
A.R.E Home: Providing housing for homeless Appeal Rights Exhausted clients for a specified period.
Training: Bespoke training for organisations who need to find out more about this sector.
Activities: Various physical and mental health orientated activities.

English Classes: Classes at Beginner and Intermediate levels to start the learning journey before qualified ESOL courses.

Friday: 10:30 to 12:00
Music Tutoring: Learn an instrument or come to share your musical talent. Every Tuesday 14:00 to 16:00.
Creative Club: Exploring the Arts over the course of the year with different topics weekly. Every Friday 13:00 to 15:00.
IT Group: Learn how to use a computer and gain qualifications in IT literacy. Every Tuesday 14:00 to 16:00
Walking Group: Guided tours of Plymouth and the surrounding areas on specified dates.
Cycling Trips: Guided cycling tours of the surrounding areas on specified dates.
Music Group: A safe space to explore music with a group of like-minded people. Every Monday 14:30 to 16:30.
