Impact Assessment of Recruitment Contract
Devon County Council’s Human Resources (HR) team supports managers across Devon County Council, Schools, other local authorities, not for profit organisations and external partner organisations with all their recruitment advertising, strategic recruitment campaigns and routine recruitment needs. To support the HR team we are seeking to implement a contract for the provision of recruitment advertising and other resourcing related services, making use of several approaches in order to attract the most suitable applicants to apply for Devon County Council, Schools and partner organisation’s vacancies.
