Impact Assessment of the procurement of Blue Badge Independent Assessments – July 2021
Devon County Council uses external contractors to provide independent assessments by qualified professionals (Expert Assessors) to determine the eligibility of Blue Badge applicants in accordance with the Department for Transport Blue Badge scheme regulations. The current contractual arrangements expire on 2 December 2021.
