Impact Assessment of the tendering of time limited Personal Care Block Contracts – July 2021
Commissioning of additional Personal Care Block Contracts across the Devon County Council geographical area, to ensure there is enough
capacity available from independent providers to meet adult social care needs. About nineteen block contracts will be tendered across Devon and will operate for a period of 16 weeks from the commencement date, with the option to extend for a further 16 weeks.
