North Devon Link (Mental Health) Service Review – Impact Assessment November 2021
The four Link Centres in North Devon located in Barnstaple, Bideford, Holsworthy and Ilfracombe are for people experiencing a wide range of mental health difficulties. Since March 2020, the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic, the buildings-based service has been closed and support has been provided virtually, mainly by telephone.
