Highways Maintenance Contract 2016
This Impact Assessment considers the impact of the award of the future Highways Term Maintenance Contract (TMC). The TMC is how the Council commissions its routine, reactive, emergency and planned highway maintenance work. The decision under consideration is which provider is providing the service rather than how it is provided. It does not alter service levels or policies.
