The review relates to pre-consultation proposals on the Financial Sustainability Plan for support to unpaid carers, including:
a) the contract held with Westbank Health and Community to support unpaid carers through its Devon Carers service
b) support and services delivered as part of the Devon Carer Offer through our wider programme.
