Priorities for CWSW
- Raising the priority – every child should attend and thrive in school every day. Improve education presence and engagement, improve our EET data.
 - Ensure every child in care has opportunities to achieve and aspire to reflect our high aspirations for our children, in line, or better that national CiC.
 - Improve outcome data at end of each key stage: EYFS, Phonics, KS2, KS4, KS5.
 - Ensure we hear our children in their PEPs. Improve quality and effectiveness of PEPs.
 - Ensure children feel safer in school, and feel they ‘belong’ to their learning community.
 - Place based approach – three localities and one out of county locality.
 
Service delivery – a graduated response
- Universal – schools will provide Ordinarily Available Inclusive Provision.
 - Targeted – reasonable adjustments, timetable changes, relational support plan.
 - Specialist – exceptional circumstances, breakdown situation in education.
 
Finance
- Termly allocation of Pupil Premium Plus Grant and Personal Education Allowance.
 - Time bound interim support funding for interim education.
 - Disrupted education support fund.
