Connecting Moments – digital SEND support for families
Devon’s Family Hubs are there to support all families who may need a bit more help.
Connecting Moments are friendly, online sessions being run by Devon’s Family Hubs teams, to support parents and carers of children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
- Connect with other families in a small, welcoming group
- Share experiences and ideas
- Build a peer support network
When do they take place?
These one-hour sessions run on the last Tuesday of the month, at 12 noon.
