You can use our ceremony preference form to tell us about how you would like to personalise your ceremony.
Please do not complete this form if your ceremony is taking place in a registration office.
Before you start
You will need to know the:
- confirmed ceremony details including date, time, venue and number of guests
- names of both witnesses who will be signing the register
Readings and music
These parts of the form can be used (if applicable) to tell us about the:
- titles of any reading(s) to be included in the ceremony and who will be reading them – you will also need to upload copies of the reading(s)
- details of any music to be played during the ceremony as well as how it will be played and by whom
Vows
If you will be reading personal vows as well as the legal vows, you will have the opportunity to submit them to us.
When completing the form you will have the option of saving your progress and coming back to it later.
Please do not submit your preference form until you are sure every section has been completed, for example, if certain readings or choices of music are still to be decided upon.
