It is very important that you are ready to start your ceremony at the time you have booked with the registration service. Delays could cause problems with your ceremony because the celebrant and registrar may be booked to attend several other ceremonies.

The legal vows that need to be said at a civil ceremony – by law – are listed below for your information. You will only have to repeat them in short sentences, when prompted, by the registrar conducting your ceremony.
