TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC ORDER 2024
NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council has made the above titled order.
The order came into force on Monday 22 April 2024 and would have expired on Tuesday 22 April 2025.
By direction of the Secretary of State in exercise of her powers under Section 15(5) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the order shall continue in force until Wednesday 22 October 2025 or until works have been completed, whichever is sooner.
Public rights of way affected:
Footpath No. 1 & 4, Witheridge from West Street heading south along Wiriga Way following east to meet the B3137.

There is no alternative route available. The closure is necessary to enable construction work to be carried out.
