DEVON COUNTY COUNCIL

(BRIDLEWAY NO. 68, OTTERY ST MARY)

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC ORDER 2023

NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council has made the above titled order.

The order came into force on Thursday 6th July 2023 and would have expired on Friday 5th January 2024

By direction of the Secretary of State in exercise of his powers under Section 15(5) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the order shall continue in force until Friday 5th July 2024 or until works have been completed, whichever is sooner.

No persons and/or horse riders shall proceed on the affected path except for access to land or premises on or adjacent to that length of path. The order will continue in force for a period not exceeding six months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the sooner.

BRIDLEWAY NO.68, OTTERY ST MARY FOR ITS ENTIRE LENGTH

There is no alternative route.

The closure is necessary IN THE INTEREST OF PUBLIC SAFETY
