The Sunrise Moments Community Fund offers small grants for projects that help wheelchair users and disabled people enjoy greater independence, inclusion and opportunity.
The funding can be used to help with projects such as:
- disability sports clubs
- community events
- mobility equipment
- days out & experiences
- personal challenges
- local community projects
The aim is to support projects that encourage people to get active, connect with others, try something new, or simply make everyday life a little easier. The fund is open to applications from sports clubs, disability organisations, charities, community groups, families and individuals.
The recommended funding request is up to £100 per person and no more than £500 per group.
