We agreed
- Young people should be part of the Board every time and should also be able to bring topics that matter to them
- Board papers, meeting updates and web pages need to be easier to read and understand
- The Board needs a wider mix of people, including people from colleges, early years and voluntary groups
What we will do next
- Work with families and young people to improve how we communicate and share information
- Make a clearer plan to help young people get ready for adult life
- Plan future meetings, including who needs to be there and where meetings should take place
