Devon’s Educational Psychology Service supports schools and other educational settings to understand the needs of children and young people, so they can plan ways to support them.
Educational psychologists

EPs work with children and young people who may need some help with:
- Communication

- Problem solving
- Study skills
- Thinking and learning

Information about Joint Assessment Meetings
Joint Assessment Meetings (JAMs) are an opportunity for parents, carers and children to meet with professionals to make sure there is a shared understanding of the child’s needs and the support required to meet those needs.
A series of guides are available to explain more about JAMs.
