Prescription charges
The current prescription charge in England is £9.90 for each item, but you may be entitled to free prescriptions. You can check if you can get free prescriptions on the NHS website.
Care experienced young people
If you are a care leaver, aged 18-25 years, you may be entitled to a free prepaid prescription certificate. Please speak to your Care Leavers Services or PA who will be able to give you more information and confirm if you are eligible.
