      Priority will next be given to children attending St George’s Nursery at the time of the application.

    [1] Each application must be accompanied by a completed Supplementary Information Form for Exceptional Need which will include evidence, from a medical specialist or social worker of the child’s/parent’s need and why they must attend this school rather than any other, based on those needs. If evidence is not submitted to the [school or the Local Authority] with the application, a child’s or parent’s medical or social needs cannot be considered.

    [2] Children whose home lies on the boundary line will be considered to be in the catchment.

    [3] To regularly attend, either the parent or child attends church services on at least a monthly basis, and for a minimum period of two years immediately prior to the application being made.

    [4] A church which subscribes to the doctrine of the Holy Trinity or a church recognised by Churches Together in England.
