Privacy notice for Devon Countryside Access Forum

How long will we hold your personal data?

Devon County Council will retain your personal data for two years if unsuccessful in your application for membership of the Forum so that you can be contacted should a vacancy arise.  Details on members are retained for as long as they are on the Devon Countryside Access Forum and for a period of two years thereafter.

Your data protection rights

Under Data Protection Legislation, you have the right to obtain a copy of your personal records held by us, this is called a Subject Access Request (SAR).
