Our operations and finance teams are working closely with the pre-paid card supplier Pre-Paid Financial Services to deal with a significant issue that they have reported on their website.
Devon County Council has contacted Devon Card-users to make sure they’re aware of the issue and to offer them support and guidance.
We are working with the Pre-Paid Financial Services to achieve a resolution as quickly as possible.
