Train4Tomorrow Skills Bootcamps

Train4Tomorrow is receiving £6.4million in 2024/2025, a significant increase on previous years which will enable more than 2,000 adults in Devon and Cornwall to access Skills Bootcamps in a variety of dynamic sectors.

Skills Bootcamps are free, flexible courses of up to 16 weeks, giving people the opportunity to build up sector-specific skills and fast-track to an interview with an employer. The courses are open to all adults aged 19 and above, who are resident in Devon or Cornwall.

Courses are available in a wide range of sectors. New for this year will be Skills Bootcamps in childcare, heavy goods vehicle driving, and creative sectors, such as film production, photography, and media. Find the full course list here: Skills Bootcamp Courses

The skills offer will also be of particular interest to employers who are looking for financial support to upskill their staff. Train4Tomorrow can work with any employers to provide co-funded Skills Bootcamps: 90% funding of course costs is available to SMEs and 70% funding of course costs is available to large employers (250+ employees).

Skills Bootcamps are funded by UK government’s National Skills Fund. Devon County Council is the lead partner for Skills Bootcamps in Devon and Cornwall.
